Solicit Questions

You need to solicit questions during the sign-up process. These questions will help you identify topics that you need to address ahead of time. Make the process easy for your participants by adding a text box to the registration form where people can type in their questions about the topic. If you feel that the registration form is too long, however, you may choose to ask for questions in the confirmation message so your customer is less distracted. You may alter the location of your solicitation box in different webinar registrations to determine which one generates more feedback from your customers.
