Business Ethics also referred to as corporate or professional ethics, is an area which examines the principles and the values that manage the operations of a business organization, and the individuals that operate within. The objective of business ethics is to regulate the professional conduct within a business organization. In this course you will learn about the fundamental theoretical and practical implications related to business ethics, and how to develop, maintain, and recognize practices and policies that can contribute to your business ethics. The business ethics of an organization help define the values that they stand for and operate on. Successful business people have indicated that by upholding a principal level of business ethics, helps the organization as a whole, as well as the individuals that contribute in the organization. This course is developed to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of the concepts and aspects which are related to business ethics. Furthermore, this course aims to support you in the process of gaining the necessary knowledge so that you can utilize the best practices for developing business ethics within your organization, how to assess the ethical and unethical behaviors, and developing and promoting policies that will uphold business ethics.

As soon as you finish the online course, you can download your Certificate of Achievement. This will also be accessible in your account any time you log in. Your Certificate of Achievement includes the online course you have studied, your name, the date of completion, and a verification number that can be used by future employers to verify that you passed your course.
