In the business environment, this has become quite frequent because of the shifting business and industrial dynamics, which have sought businesses to change either to improve the quality that they currently provide, or for changing to remain competitive in an evolving market with threat of new entries. In this course you will learn about the essential theoretical and practical implications related to the organizational process change management, how to integrate the best practices for implementing and managing change in your organization, and to undertake the change management process for your organization. Business organizations in the modern operating environment are exposed to changing dynamics on a daily basis. Because of the numerous technological advancements, and the globalization of markets, business organizations have sought to rely on changing their processes and operations with the purpose of improving performance, productivity, and profitability. This course is developed to provide a theoretical and practical understanding of the concepts and aspects which are related to the process of change management.

Furthermore, this course aims to support you in the process of gaining the essential knowledge so that you can become a successful manager to lead your organization in the processes of change, identifying the needs for change, as well as aligning the organizational objectives with the individual goals of the employees.

Final Quiz: A quiz that consists of 20 questions (passing score 60%)1 hour

Certification:

As soon as you finish the online course, you can download your Certificate of Achievement. This will also be accessible in your account any time you log in. Your Certificate of Achievement includes the online course you have studied, your name, the date of completion, and a verification number that can be used by future employers to verify that you passed your course.
